A motorcycle with which (almost) anything is possible. In order to expand the range of applications even further, Touratech has created the Expedition engine protection.

Touratech has placed great emphasis on stability and functionality and has tailored the Expedition engine protection to fit the XL750.

The Touratech "Expedition" engine protection offers optimal protection for your motorcycle.

A 4 mm thick aluminum plate that is folded several times for reinforcement ensures maximum stability.

This is fixed to solid beams made of 25x2 mm stainless steel pipe.

The same diameter that is also used in Touratech crash bars!

This doesn't just make an impression on the street!

The Expedition engine protection also significantly improves the off-road properties and is therefore ideal for excursions into the countryside.

This means that dirt or stones thrown up by the front wheel don't even reach the engine and manifold.

Unpleasant damage such as dents in the manifold, a damaged oil dome or even holes in the engine block can be effectively avoided with the Touratech Expedition engine protection.

Thanks to the unique design, the force of an impact is efficiently dissipated and the residue is distributed evenly across the frame.

Last but not least, the plastic rails on the lower part of the engine protection plate make it easier to "slip over" stones, rocks or tree stumps.

In addition, the rails ensure that the already recessed screw heads are completely covered.

The engine protection can therefore be easily removed even after heavy off-road use.

Almost incidentally, they also ensure that no dirt can get stuck.

The freedom of the underbody/incline is almost not restricted.
